Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a transmission shaft stopping device of a wagon. The transmission shaft stopping device is used for locking and unlocking a transmission shaft; the wagon comprises a wagon door, an inner sliding rail and an outer sliding rail, and the wagon door is controlled through the transmission shaft so that the wagon door can be converted between the inner sliding rail and the outer sliding rail; the transmission shaft stopping device has a locking working state and an unlocking state; in the locking state, the transmission shaft is limited by the transmission shaft stopping device to rotate, so that potential safety hazards caused by transmission shaft error rotation in the cargo loading and unloading process or the overhauling operation process are prevented, and safety of the wagon is improved; and in the unlocking state, the transmission shaft can freely rotates, and opening and closing of the wagon door are not influenced. The invention further discloses the wagon.
