The negative oxygen ion mattress comprises a mattress core and a mattress coat sleeving the mattress core, wherein the mattress core and the mattress coat both contain a composition capable of releasing negative oxygen ions, and the composition consists of the following raw material in parts by weight: 100 parts of resin, 5-30 parts of medical stone powder, 5-10 parts of quartz powder, 5-30 parts of tourmaline powder and 1-5 parts of rare earth.
