The structural steel is characterized by comprising the following chemical components by weight percent: 0.17-0.19% of Ni, 0.28-0.30% of C, 0.27-0.33% of Cr, 0.5-0.6% of Si, 0.7-0.9% of Mn, 0.06-0.08% of Mo, 0.04-0.06% of S, 0.06-0.08% of Nb, 0.11-0.31% of P, not more than 0.008% of Al, not more than 0.002% of Cu, not more than 0.01% of Ti and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The structural steel adopts various multicomponent alloying components, has good corrosion resistance and hardness, can ensure that wagon bodies do not rust even if being exposed outside, thereby prolonging the service lives of wagons, can be resistant to corrosion of acidic and alkaline chemical substances, has a wider range of application, is low in preparation cost and is easy to quantitatively produce. |
