Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for removing dissolved organic matters in surface water. The method includes (1), pre-treating attapulgite, to be more specific, weighing the attapulgite, adding 40 ml of 0.4-0.8 mol/L HCl solution into each 10 g of the attapulgite, magnetically stirring the HCl solution and the attapulgite for 1 h, carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the HCl solution and the attapulgite for 20 min, adding deionized water into the attapulgite, washing the attapulgite until a pH (potential of hydrogen) value of supernatant is neutral, carrying out suction filtration on the attapulgite, drying the attapulgite at the temperature of 110 DEG C until the weight of the attapulgite is constant, grinding the attapulgite, sieving the attapulgite by the aid of 200-mesh screens, baking the attapulgite at the temperature of 400 DEG C for 1 h, cooling the attapulgite, then grinding the attapulgite, sieving the attapulgite by the aid of 200-mesh screens and drying the attapulgite for standby application; (
