Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a detection apparatus for a pharmaceutical acceptable seal cover and a pharmaceutical apparatus with same. According to the detection apparatus (10) for pharmaceutical seal cover (100), in which the detection apparatus (10) is configured to not only detect the existence of the seal cover (100) but also detect the orientation of the seal cover, wherein the detection apparatus (10) is provided with a detection beam which radiates to the seal cover (100) by means of a radiation unit (12). The reflection of the detection beam can be analyzed by means of a receiving unit (13). The detection beam is configured to be a laser beam (15).
