Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a machining process of a disc tooth-shaped mold cavity. The process comprises the following steps: (1) a tooth gap is calculated according to the size of a workpiece to be machined; (2) if the tooth gap is less than 2 mm, the tooth number is reduced according to integral multiples from 2, and a new tooth gap is increased by multiples until the new tooth gap is more than 2 mm; (3) integral multiples of tool electrodes are produced with the integral multiples, calculated in the step (2), as number and with the new tooth gap as tooth space; and starting teeth of the tool electrodes are respectively from tooth number 1 to integral multiples of the tooth number; and (4) the different tool electrodes produced in the step (3) are used for respectively machining mold cavities. The new tooth gap calculated in the step (2) is in an optimal range of 2-3 mm.
