The invention discloses a magnetization device for magnetic flux leakage imaging inspection of a workpiece. The magnetization device comprises a frame, a lifting assembly is connected to the frame, a plane member or a cambered member is supported through the top of the lifting assembly, the member can be magnetized through the lifting assembly, the lifting assembly is connected to a lifting power assembly, one end of the frame at the top of the lifting assembly is provided with an ejector pin assembly and the other end of the frame is provided with a chuck assembly and the ejector pin assembly and the chuck assembly fit with each other, fix the cambered member and drive the cambered member to rotate. The device realizes magnetization of a ferromagnetic structure with a plane or cambered surfaces with different diameters, is convenient for later full automatic defect scanning and imaging display and has the advantages of large scanning area and high precision.
