Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to three-component carbon nano tube anti-corrosion paint and a preparation method. By combining advantages of epoxy resin and carbon nano tubes, the carbon nano tubes are combined with aminosilane and the epoxy resin by covalent bonds, and are uniformly dispersed. By sufficiently utilizing properties including mechanical properties, chemical stability, lubricating properties and the like of the carbon nano tubes, the adhesive force and the abrasion resistance of the epoxy resin paint are improved and the curing shrinkability of a coating is reduced; meanwhile, by sealing micro-pores in the coating, the anti-corrosion property of the coating is extremely improved. After being coated on the surface of metal, the paint can be completely dried at a room temperature within 48 hours, the thickness of the coating is about 100 microns to 125 microns, and the corrosion of the metal can be effectively prevented. |
