Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a target material for solar thin-film cells. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out raw material preparation: taking Cu2Se, In2Se3 and Ga2Se3 powder with the purity higher than 99.99% and the average grain size of 0.01-10 microns as raw materials of the target material; (2) carrying out slurrying: thoroughly dissolving pure water, a methyl acrylamide monomer and N-N' dimethylacrylamide so as to form a premix, adding the raw materials of the target material into the premix in a manner of taking tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as a dispersant, carrying out slurrying while carrying out stirring, and carrying out grinding, so as to obtain slurry; (3) carrying out casting and dehydrating: subjecting the obtained slurry to casting, and then, carrying out vacuumizing dehydration on the slurry, so as to obtain an intermediate product; and (4) carrying out densification treatment: carrying out densification treatment on the obtained intermediate product |
