The AO reaction MBR integrated device comprises a water pump, an A reaction tank A, an O reaction tank, a movable baffle plate, a guide rail, a membrane module, an aeration head, a hard aeration pipe, a PLC control system, a water production pump and a blower fan. The movable baffle plate is arranged between the A reaction tank and the O reaction tank. According to waste water quality, volumes of the A reaction tank and the O reaction tank are freely adjusted so that anoxic and aerobic reaction time is controlled and waste water removal efficiency is improved. Through use of the hard aeration pipe in the reactor and installation of the aeration head for supplying oxygen, the problem of insufficient aeration oxygen supply because of A reaction tank expansion is prevented.
