Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a composite plastic material and a preparing method thereof. The composite plastic material comprises a base material and a porous copper layer deposited on the surface of the base material; and then the base material on which chemical copper is deposited is put into an injection molding machine and subjected to plastic molding; and the base material is one of metal, glass, wood and carbon fibers. According to the composite plastic material and the preparing method thereof, a layer of copper metal is firstly deposited on the surface of an article, nanometer micropores are densely distributed in the surface of the layer of the copper metal, then plastic is arranged on the surface of the metal copper in an injection molding manner, and the obtained product has good combining force.
