The catalyst assembly tooling comprises a bottom plate, a gas inlet flange fixing device, a cylinder fixing device and a gas outlet flange fixing device, wherein the gas inlet flange fixing device, the cylinder fixing device and the gas outlet flange fixing device are arranged on the bottom plate; the gas inlet flange fixing device comprises a gas inlet flange fixing plate provided with bolt through holes corresponding to a gas inlet flange; the cylinder fixing device comprises a cylinder clamp device and cylinder supports; the gas outlet flange fixing device comprises a gas outlet flange fixing plate provided with bolt grooves corresponding to a gas outlet flange.
