The skin and hand disinfectant solves the problem that the existing skin and hand disinfectant product causes skin irritation and cross infection. The skin and hand disinfectant is prepared from 0.1-0.2wt% of polyhexamethylene biguanidine, 45-55wt% of ethanol, 0.03-0.08wt% of an emollient, 0.008-0.012wt% of a flavoring agent and 45-55wt% of purified water. The skin and hand disinfectant has the advantages of scientific formula, simple preparation processes, low cost and environmental friendliness and has a very wide market prospect.
