Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing and particularly relates to instant oatmeal. The instant oatmeal is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120-160 parts of oatmeal and 15-35 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine additive, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of fructus trichosanthis, 20-40 parts of aster, 15-35 parts of platycladi seeds, 10-25 parts of cordyceps sinensis and 5-15 parts of eupatorium fortunei. With the adoption of the traditional Chinese medicine additive provided by the invention, the effect of adjusting the immunity of human bodies by the oatmeal can be improved, so that the oatmeal has a relatively obvious effect of enhancing the immunity of the human bodies; and the added traditional Chinese medicine additive is natured and sweet and the taste of the oatmeal is not influenced.
