Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a culture method of huperzia serrata in-vitro thalli for increasing the content of huperzine A by adding a precursor aspartic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a material, wherein the material refers to huperzia serrata thalli cultures established in vitro; (2) separating the thalli cultures; (3) culturing in an incubator; (4) harvesting thalli cultures; and (5) drying the harvested thalli in an oven at 50 DEG C to constant weight, grinding into powder for preparing a huperzine A extract, and detecting the content of huperzine A (mu g/g) of the extract by high performance liquid chromatography. The method disclosed by the invention has the following technical effects: a large quantity of medicinal plant resources with higher content of huperzine A for biomass per unit of huperzia serrata thalli can be obtained; and the drug huperzine A (Hup-A) extracted through expanded-scale in-vitro culture of thalli brings considerable economic values.
