Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bouncing detection tool and a detection method for a conical surface of a diesel engine cylinder cap valve seat, comprising a lever dial gauge detection mechanism on an upper part and a locking mechanism on a lower part. The lever dial gauge support mechanism comprises a connection stud, a centre, a sleeve, a mandrel and a thread sleeve locking mechanism; the thread sleeve locking mechanism is fixed on the middle portion of the mandrel; and the mandrel is fixed on an air valve conduit through a mandrel positioning cone segment in the middle portion and a locking mechanism on the lower end. The detection method comprises steps of supporting the lever dial gauge on the conical surface of the valve seat through successively installing the lever dial gauge detection mechanism, the lever dial gauge support mechanism and the locking mechanism, and finishing the detection by rotating the lever dial gauge for 360 degrees.
