A lifting platform is driven to lift in a wellhole by a driving unit and a driving wheel; the lifting platform anti-dropping device comprises a sleeve, a movable part and an elastic element, wherein the sleeve is fixedly arranged on the lifting platform; the movable part is movably arranged in the sleeve in a penetrating way, is located at the connecting end of the sleeve and forms driving connection with the driving wheel, and is driven to move in a reciprocating way between the lifting platform and the inner wall of the wellhole by the driving wheel; and the elastic element is arranged at the connecting end of the movable part. The invention further discloses lifting platform equipment comprising the lifting platform anti-dropping device.
