The evaluation device is characterized by comprising a pre-treatment device, a catalytic combustion device, an adsorption/desorption device, a heat coupling device, a solvent separating device, an on-line analysis device and pipelines. The pre-treatment device comprises a filter, a surface air cooler, a booster fan and a gas mass flow meter. The catalytic combustion device comprises a preheating pipe and a reacting pipe. The adsorption/desorption device comprises an adsorption pipe A, an adsorption pipe B, a steam heater, a steam pocket and a circulating metering pump.
