Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a composition for acne improvement containing red ginseng extract. The composition comprises any kind of component selected from a group formed by concentrated liquor of red ginseng fibrous roots, purification components of red ginseng ethanol extract and butyl alcohol component of red ginseng butyl alcohol extract. The invention relates to the concentrated liquor of the red ginseng fibrous roots. Compared with former red ginseng concentrated liquor which is concentrated via extraction of purified water, acne bacterium killing effects are quite remarkable, sebum removing effects and anti-inflammation effects are quite apparent and acne killing effects of the purification components of the red ginseng ethanol extract or the butyl alcohol component of the red ginseng butyl alcohol extract are quite appreciable. Thus, the component can be used as an effective component of the composition for acne improvement.
