One or more errors of a receiving-end power grid are simulated, so that a relation between an alternating current system effective short-circuit ratio and corresponding DC power emergency control measure quantity when the system is unstable is obtained, then when a power grid has an error in actual running state, the DC power emergency control measure quantity can be directly applied to reduce the DC input power of the receiving-end power grid, and the influence caused by the error on power grid stability is quickly reduced.
