The invention discloses wastewater treatment equipment which comprises a water inlet pipe and a grid, wherein the grid is communicated with an adjusting tank which is communicated with a bioreactor through a lifting pump; the bioreactor is communicated with a membrane separation treatment unit through a circulating pump; the membrane separation treatment unit is communicated with a sterilization tank which is communicated with a recycled water storage tank. According to the wastewater treatment equipment, a membrane bioreactor technology is adopted, and is a novel process integrating a biological treatment technology and a membrane separation technology, a secondary sedimentation tank in a conventional process is replaced, and solid and liquid separation can be efficiently implemented to obtain stable recycled water which can be directly used.
