A horizontal part, of a frame (4), provided with a non-fixed side supporting beam (7) is provided with a frame bottom part, a sliding pedestal (11) and an additional building beam (5). The sliding pedestal (11) protrudes more downwards than the frame bottom part. The additional building beam (5) is arranged under the frame (4), and a specified gap is formed between the additional building beam (5) and the sliding pedestal (11).
