The invention provides a method and system for processing waste gas of an internal combustion engine through filtered fluid and purification liquid. The system comprises a processing container. The processing container comprises a filter bin and a purification bin. The lower portion of the filter bin is used for containing filtered fluid. A waste gas discharger is arranged on the lower portion of the filter bin. A primarily-processed waste gas outlet pipe is arranged at the top end of the filter bin. The filter bin is communicated with a guide-in pipe of the purification bin through a communicating pipe. The lower portion of the purification bin is used for containing purification liquid. A primarily-processed waste gas discharger is arranged on the lower portion of the purification bin. The upper portion of the purification bin is a secondarily-processed waste gas space.
