The invention discloses an automatic tester for sit-up. The automatic tester comprises a mat body, an induction paste and a counter, wherein a first induction region and a second induction region are arranged on the mat body; a third induction region is arranged on the induction paste; the first induction region, the second induction region and the third induction region are connected with the counter; counting of sit-up is realized according to induction results of different induction regions; meanwhile, the counter is connected with a computer and directly inputs test data into the computer for storage; furthermore, a voice indication module is also arranged on the counter, so that the name of a testee, duration and completion times are displayed on the counter; therefore, the aim of normalizing sit-up is fulfilled, and precise counting and automatic test of number of sit-ups are further realized.
