Fucoidin and alginate serve as raw materials and are mixed into a solution, calcium alginate fibers are added, stirring and dissolving are carried out, the mixture is subjected to low-temperature shock chilling, solidification and dehydration, and sponge-shaped wound dressing which is 1-2 cm thick is formed. The fucoidin-alginate sponge dressing can absorb a large amount of wound exudate, and meanwhile the dressing has the function of promoting wound healing.
