The invention provides an image capturing device and a digital zooming method, and the device comprises a first lens module, a second lens module, a feature capturing unit, an image zooming and deformation unit, and an image fusion unit. The first lens module and the second lens module respectively obtain a first image and a second image. The feature capturing unit captures a plurality of first image features of a first image and a plurality of second image features in a second image, and generates pixel displacement features of the first and second images. The image zooming and deformation unit carries out the zooming and deformation of the first and second images according to a zoom scale and the pixel displacement features of the first and second images, so as to respectively generate a third image and a fourth image. The fusion image unit carries out the fusion of the third and fourth images according to the zoom scale to generate a combined image.
