The invention discloses a cable, a production method and a production device thereof. The production device of the cable comprises a feeding mechanism, a first extruder, a cooling mechanism and a second extruder. The feeding mechanism can convey a cable core into the first extruder. The top of the first extruder is provided with a first hopper and a second hopper successively along the movement direction of the cable core. The first hopper is filled with an insulating material and the insulating material can be conveyed into the inner chamber of the first extruder so that an insulating layer packages the surface of the cable core. The second hopper is filled with a heat insulating material and the heat insulating material can be conveyed into the inner chamber of the first extruder so that a heat insulating layer packages the surface of the insulating layer.
