Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a ratproof device and an air conditioner. The ratproof device provided by the invention comprises a slide way support seat, a shielding structure and a diameter adjustment device, wherein a tube outlet hole, and a slide way arranged at the peripheral side of the tube outlet hole, are arranged on the slide way support seat; a first end of the shielding structure is slidably arranged in the slide way to adjust a distance between a second end of the shielding structure and the centre of the tube outlet hole; and the diameter adjustment device is in rotatable fit with the slide way support seat to drive the first end of the shielding structure to slide along the slide way.
