The invention provides a hydraulic operation box for a derrick driller room. The hydraulic operation box comprises an operation box body. The operation box body is provided with a manual multi-way directional valve handle. An oil supply connector and an oil return connector are arranged at the rear end of the operation box body. The side end of the operation box body is provided with a multi-level hydraulic oil cylinder connector. An oil pipe and a one-way balance valve are arranged in the operation box body. The oil supply connector is connected with an inlet of the oil pipe. The oil return connector is connected with an outlet of the oil pipe. The one-way balance valve is arranged on an oil way between the oil pipe and the multi-level hydraulic oil cylinder connector. The one-way balance valve is arranged in the operation box body and used for controlling oil return of a rod cavity of the multi-level hydraulic oil cylinder, so that gravity center deviation generated in the derrick ascending process is preve
