The P-type alloy preparation method comprises following steps: an electronic grade raw material is delivered into a quartz crucible, and a small amount of boron powder is added; furnace pressure is controlled to be lower than 15mtorr, and vacuumizing is carried out; power is increased to be 70kw, and the raw material is dissolved completely; power is adjusted to be 45kw, and is maintained for 30min; the quartz crucible is lifted to a zero crucible position; argon gas flow amount is controlled to be 60slpm, and furnace pressure is controlled to be 17torr; a quartz crucible crucible rotating device is turned on so as to stir boron element in the quartz crucible to be uniform; powder is reduced to 0kw at a uniform speed; fire is ceased for 4h of smoulder; a smoulder product is collected in furnace opening, and the surface of the smoulder product is subjected to corrosion treatment with a corrosive liquid so as to obtain the P-type alloy.
