Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a KRAS oncogene detection method of circulating tumor cells. The KRAS oncogene detection method at least includes steps of specimen pretreatment, preparation of an activating KRAS detection chip, hybrid reaction, chip color generation and analysis and interpretation. The activating KRAS detection chip is formed by placing 22 target genes, a Blank Control, a Negative Control and an Internal Control which are three repeated dot matrixes on a base material and forming the activating KRAS detection chip covered with a marking specific nucleotide probe sequence. By doing so, a weighted enzyme chip operation platform (WEnCA) is utilized, a concept algorithm of weighted factors is merged, and the KRAS oncogene detection method can be used for evaluating treatment effect of a target drug-cetuximab.
