Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a mechanical stimulation loading device for a three-dimensional cell culture support. The mechanical stimulation loading device comprises a motor, an eccentric wheel, a sliding block, a sliding rail, clamping plates and a culture dish. The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, the eccentric wheel pushes the sliding block to move away from a rotary shaft of the motor along the sliding rail, and the sliding block moves towards the rotary shaft of the motor along the sliding rail under the effect of a spring. The two sides of the culture dish are each provided with a through hole, the two parallel clamping plates are located in the culture dish and penetrate through the through holes of the culture dish to be connected with the sliding rail and the sliding block respectively, and an experimental sample is clamped between the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate and placed in the culture dish.
