Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an automatic taking-and-placing device for cone yarns. The automatic taking-and-placing device for the cone yarns is used for taking off the cone yarns on a cone yarn conveying line and placing the cone yarns onto a packaging line, and carrying out single-yarn packaging or stacking. The automatic taking-and-placing device for the cone yarns comprises at least one automatic conveying line, at least one cone yarn placing platform and a stacking manipulator, wherein one yarn taking manipulator is arranged between the automatic conveying line and each cone yarn placing platform; and the automatic conveying line cyclically and continuously conveys the cone yarns to each yarn placing platform, each yarn taking manipulator takes off the cone yarns and places the cone yarns onto the corresponding yarn placing platform, each yarn placing platform realizes ordered placement of the cone yarns, the stacking manipulator takes off the whole row of the cone yarns on each yarn placing platform, and th
