The invention relates to an antistatic silver fiber and bamboo charcoal fiber composite micro-fragrant fabric comprising a polyurethane film (1), a fabric matrix and a woven fabric layer (5) arranged in sequence from outside-in; the fabric matrix comprises warp yarns (2) and filling yarns (3); the backside of the woven fabric layer is composited with a base layer; the base layer is formed by attaching and jointing at least one silver fiber fabric and one bamboo charcoal fiber fabric, i.e., two, three or more layers are alternatively combined.
