Zusammenfassung:	By forming a first groove (16) extending along a length direction on the upper surface (13a) of a block material (10), a predetermined space is formed in a horizontal joint part (J1) when a masonry structure is constructed by consecutively providing the block materials (10). Consequently, even if water such as rainwater enters by a capillary phenomenon in the horizontal joint part (J1), the water can be prevented from entering beyond the first groove (16) since suction force or seepage force by the capillary phenomenon decreases in the position of the first groove (16).
