The invention discloses a heating device, a heating system provided with the heating device, and a control method of the heating system. The heating device comprises a heat storage body, a heat exchange device and a controller. A cable interface used for being connected with a power supply and a heating device used for heating the internal space of a furnace are arranged on the upper portion of the furnace. The heat storage body is arranged inside the furnace and used for storing heat energy. At least part of the heat exchange device is arranged inside the furnace. The heat exchange device is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are connected with a hot water circulating device. The controller is connected with the cable interface and the heating device. According to the heating device, heat storage can be achieved through the heat storage body, part of the heat energy generated by the heating device is stored, and heating can be achieved through the heat energy stored by the heat storage body
