The monoclonal antibody can be well specifically combined with the PCSK9, and can very effectively block combination of the PCSK9 and LDLR and improve the quantity of LDLR on surfaces of cells in order to improve the metabolism of cholesterols and/or TG carried by LDL and prevent and treat and reduce cardiovascular diseases induced by hypercholesterolemia.
