The invention discloses lime rotary kiln castable. Wear-resistant and fireproof plastic refractory is adopted, high-strength aluminate cement serves as coagulant, a certain amount of binder and 85% of clinker phosphoric acid are compounded, and a stirring machine is used for stirring the mixture to be uniform. The invention further discloses a pouring method of the castable. The method comprises the steps of welding an anchoring hook to a pre-pouring position in advance; then directly ramming the castable which is stirred and has certain viscosity to the pouring position till the required pouring thickness is reached. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the wear-resistant and fireproof plastic refractory is adopted for pouring, no formwork supporting plate is needed, no free water or crystallization water is separated out in the kiln drying process, and stirring time is short; meanwhile, the wear-resistant plastic refractory is good in thermal shock resistance, low in thermal conductivity and short in na
