Elevator with folding blocking plates

The invention discloses an elevator with folding blocking plates. The elevator comprises an elevator lifter (1) running in an elevator shaft (2). Two steel grooves (3) are embedded in the wall faces of the two sides of the elevator shaft (2). Two bottom lateral pins (5) are arranged at the bottommost end of the door entering face side of the lifter (1), and two top lateral pins (5) are arranged at the topmost ends of the door entering face side of the lifter (1). The bottom lateral pins (5) and the top lateral pins (4) extend into the grooves (3) in the two sides and run along with the lifter (1). One set of upper blocking plates (7) are arranged between the top of the lifter (1) and the top wall of the elevator shaft (2). One set of lower blocking plates (6) are arranged between the bottom of the lifter (1) and the bottom face of the elevator shaft (2). The upper blocking plates (7) are of an S-shaped stair structure which can be folded and is formed by connecting upper chain bars (10), blind boards and limi
