The invention relates to a closed circulation water system culture pond full-automatic and timing pollution discharging method and apparatus. The method comprises the following steps of building a pollution discharging pond outside the culture pond, forming a dirt collection pond on a recessed bottom of the culture pond, laying a pollution discharging pipe, communicating the dirt collection pond and the pollution discharging pond, and discharging dirt via a siphon principle of the pollution discharging pipe. The apparatus achieving the method comprises a circulating water supplying pipeline and a water discharging pipe in the culture pond, the dirt collection pond and the pollution discharging pond, wherein the pollution discharging pipe is arranged on the bottom of the dirt collection pond; the other end of the pollution discharging pipe extends to the external side of the culture pond and forms an inverted U-shaped pipe to be communicated with the pollution discharging pond; the upmost part of the inverted
