The bandpass filter amplifier is used for carrying out the bandpass filtering and amplification of a detected signal received by a receiving end. The double-point comparison integrator comprises an integration capacitor, and is used for comparing an amplification signal received by an input end of the double-point comparison integrator with a first voltage threshold value and a second voltage threshold value, so as to obtain and output a comparison integration signal. The hysteresis comparator is used for carrying out the hysteresis comparison of the comparison integration signal received by an input end of the hysteresis comparator, and outputting a discrimination signal through an output end of the hysteresis comparator.
