Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a system and a method based on conversion from geological radar data to foundation bearing capacity. The above mentioned method comprises a foundation data receiving step and a data processing step. By adopting the system and the method provided by the invention, the data detected by the ground penetrating radar can be converted into the foundation bearing capacity data based on the data processing and the image explanation of the foundation defect; and by comparing with the actual application requirement of the crane, the anti-overturning safety of the crane can be determined indirectly by adopting the ground penetrating radar data.
