A compound having a phenylpropyl dibenzyl butyrolactone parent nucleus serves as an initial compound, and is subjected to structure modification research to obtain a compound as shown in a structural general formula I. The compound has the activity of cleaning nitrite, can be used for preventing and treating cancers, and has a wide application prospect. In the general formula I, R is Boc-L-Gly, Boc-L-Ala, Boc-L-Val, Boc-L-Leu and Boc-L-Ile amino acid side chains.
