Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure provides a panel grinder comprising a grinding table and a grinding sheet arranged on the grinding table; the grinding sheet comprises a plurality of bosses arranged at certain intervals and used for solidifying grinding material; the grinding table and the grinding sheet are respectively provided with water holes and air vents; the water holes in the grinding table are matched with that on the grinding sheet; the air vents in the grinding table are matched with that on the grinding sheet; in working, water and air can be respectively discharged from the water holes and air vents of the grinding table and the grinding sheet. The panel grinder can prevent residual glass chips on the panel from scrapping the surface of the panel in a grinding process, thus improving product yield and work efficiency.
