The composition comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 5%-10% of the peony extract, 10%-20% of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 3%-10% of lauramidopropyl betaine, 5%-10% of alkyl glycoside, 0.1%-0.5% of cationic cellulose, 1%-5% of cationic wheat protein hydrolysate, 0.3%-2% of polyethylene glycol (120) methyl glucose bi-oleate, 0.1%-0.5% of a preservative, 0.1%-1% of a pH regulator and the balance of water.
