The invention relates to improvement of a fluid container discharge member, specifically provides a fluid discharge member and a fluid container having same, and aims to solve the tea pot effect of containers like a tea pot or a tea machine; the fluid discharge member comprises a through hole penetrating the member, a fluid inlet arranged on a first end, and a fluid outlet arranged on a second end; the fluid inlet is connected with an opening on the fluid container so as to connect with the inner side of the fluid container; the bottom of an outer end face of the second end of fluid discharge member is provided with a groove, thus forming a sharp edge on the labial margin of the second end of the fluid discharge member; the fluid container could be the tea machine; the sharp edge formed by the groove can effectively reduce or eliminate the tea pot effect.
