Distortion compensation device and transmitting device

The present invention relates to a distortion compensation device and a transmitting device. The distortion compensation device according to an embodiment comprises an error speculation part and a signal correction part. The error speculation part identifies a frame header according to an identifying signal used for identifying the frame header and a frame main body of a signal frame which forms a play transport stream in a DTMB form, and speculates a quadrature modulation error when quadrature modulation of the signal frame is performed by using characteristic quantity of a baseband signal corresponding to the identified frame header. The signal correction part corrects the baseband signal corresponding to the signal frame according to the quadrature modulation error.
