The method comprises: receiving GPS, and the carrier attitude data output from an attitude measuring device by means of a main control computer, and receiving a GPS coordinate figure of a tracking target through a network port; through coordinate transformation, calculating an orientation tracking instruction angle and a pitching tracking instruction angle, continuously comparing the orientation tracking instruction angle with the current orientation rotary table position parameter by an orientation servo control panel, and controlling an orientation servo motor to change the position of the orientation rotary table on an antenna; and continuously comparing the pitching tracking instruction angle with the current pitching rotary table position parameter by a pitching servo control panel, and controlling a pitching servo motor to change the position of the pitching rotary table on the antenna.
