Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a detection kit and method for isothermal amplification of nucleic acid of Shigella. The detection kit comprises a DNA extraction reagent, isothermal amplification reaction fluid, positive control and negative control. The detection kit is high in specificity and senstitivity; the whole nucleic acid amplification reaction is kept at the same constant temperature, isothermal amplification only needs 35 min, a detection result of a nucleic acid test strip needs 1-2 min, the whole detection process only needs about 1h from receiving a sample to obtaining the result, and only one thermostat is needed in the whole reaction process, so that the detection kit is particularly suitable for quick detection and elimination on site of Shigella.
