Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for separating in-vitro mesenchymal cells, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out multipoint puncture on the surface of a normal liver tissue by using a multipoint-puncture perfusion method, and sequentially pouring former perfusate and digestive juice into a normal liver tissue sample; (2) after the liver tissue sample obtained in the step (1) is sequentially subjected to full digestion, preliminary filter and resuspended refilter so as to obtain a mesenchymal cell, obtaining a primary hepatic mesenchymal cell; and (3) carrying out amplified passage on the hepatic mesenchymal cell obtained in the step (2), so that a liver mesenchymal cell population is obtained. By using the method disclosed by the invention, a large amount of liver mesenchymal cells with high purity and proliferation and differentiation capacities can be quickly obtained. |
